I believe strongly in the importance of a healthy mind for whole-body wellness. My goal is to help people discover strengths, heal, and grow as individuals while recovering from life's hardships. You can gain the development of skills and techniques to cope with distress and difficult thoughts, improve focus, decrease stress, and become aware of your thoughts and feelings through mindfulness. I am passionate about healing our bodies from past trauma and experiences that keeps us stuck. When we tune into our bodies and release negative stored energy we find freedom, relief and empowerment. It brings me great joy to work along side individuals in their self discovery journey and I can't imagine doing any other work! I describe myself as direct, humorous, and compassionate and I strive to create a safe, comfortable space for people to process their lives and feel heard. I completed my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at SUNY Oswego in 2015 and have experience working with people from all backgrounds and challenges.
